The main
purpose of Attention Training Seminars
is to introduce individuals to the
theory of Reflexive Attention Diversion
(RAD) as well as to provide a general
overview of Attention Training. Dr.
Mastria will detail the thought behind
his exciting and revolutionary approach
to alleviating discomfort.
Attendees will discover exactly what
causes discomfort, and how, through
practicing The Four Points and Taking
Back Small Times, they can build a new
“habit” in their body and begin to enjoy
a happier, discomfort-free life. Seminars
are suggested for individuals who want
to learn how to reduce mild discomfort
or who simply want to learn how to live
fuller, richer, more enjoyable lives. |

9:00am to 4:00pm on select Saturdays. A
complimentary continental breakfast and
